Overview

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in Madison Heights, MI. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth operations at our facility. Possiblility of promotion to Quality Inspector and entering information in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Provide information to clients and visitors about our services and facility.
• Support team members with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to help others.
