• Transactional system design (high-volume ops workflows).

• Data modeling for operational dashboards (real-time + batch).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and build ops dashboard from scratch (UI + backend).

• Ensure performance, reliability, and real-time visibility.

• Batch + real-time processing patterns.
• Cloud-native deployment (Azure, AKS, CI/CD)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead forms modernization from legacy to Quadient platform.
• Own extraction → transformation → integration pipeline.
• Design Java services to populate and orchestrate form data.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and template alignment.
• Coordinate with downstream forms team (JSON contract alignment).
• Handle performance, scalability, and error handling in pipelines.
• Guide team, review mappings/code, and drive delivery

• Own integration design across underwriting, policy, and downstream systems.
• Align legacy workflows to modern microservices architecture.
• Drive UI/backend changes with minimal disruption.
• Ensure stability, performance, and data integrity during migration.
• Guide team, review code/design, and manage delivery
