Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Immigration Attorney located in New York, NY, requiring three days in the office. The role involves advising and representing clients on business and employment-based immigration matters, including handling visas, green cards, and work permits. Responsibilities include client management, drafting and reviewing petitions, conducting case research, and providing strategic consultation on complex immigration issues. The attorney will work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals to achieve exceptional client outcomes. Qualifications Proficiency in US immigration laws and policies Experience in handling Legal Issues related to business and employment-based immigration Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills Admittance to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission Excellent communication and client management skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to innovative problem-solving and providing high-quality legal representation Prior experience with extraordinary ability visas, green cards, and federal court cases is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
