Insurance Sales Representative

Location: Arizona (Remote and Field-Based) Compensation: 100% commission-based (higher cut) or base salary plus commissions (lower cut) Industry: Commercial Insurance Position Summary We are a full-service brokerage seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Representative to develop and grow a book of business. With a wide territory range, we service throughout Arizona, Utah and Idaho, giving someone lots of range to build up a book. Thus, this opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and providing risk management solutions to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, networking, and selling insurance products to businesses across various industries. This role offers unlimited earning potential and the flexibility to manage your own schedule while being supported by a team of insurance professionals. Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate new commercial insurance opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and business development activities. Build and maintain relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers. Analyze client insurance needs and recommend appropriate commercial coverage solutions. Prepare and present insurance proposals and coverage options. Collaborate with account managers and underwriting partners to develop competitive insurance programs. Manage the sales process from initial contact through policy binding and renewal. Maintain regular contact with clients to identify additional coverage opportunities and ensure client satisfaction. Stay informed on commercial insurance products, market conditions, and industry trends. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Required Qualifications Active Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License or ability to obtain one. Previous sales, business development, or relationship management experience. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage a self-directed schedule. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications Two (2)+ years of insurance sales experience. Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses. Knowledge of commercial insurance products including: General Liability Commercial Property Workers' Compensation Commercial Auto Professional Liability Cyber Liability Umbrella Coverage Compensation & Benefits Unlimited commission earning potential.
