Customer Service Specialist

Atrium Staffing is partnering with one of our clients, a rapidly growing technology leader supporting customers across the beverage, medical, and industrial gas industries. We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a customer service, call center, hospitality, or retail background who is ready to grow with an innovative organization. What You’ll Do Provide professional customer support through phone, email, and chat Assist B2B customers with account questions, orders, product inquiries, and website/dashboard issues Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively Make outbound calls to onboard and support new customers Identify recurring issues and recommend ways to improve the customer experience Manage multiple customer needs in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership through resolution Maintain accurate customer information and documentation through strong data entry and system navigation What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and data entry skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and chat Ability to learn new systems and navigate multiple platforms Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Customer service or call center experience Hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing experience Experience working in a high-volume customer service environment What’s In It For You? $17/hour + 5% bonus Hybrid work schedule with flexibility Competitive health and wellness benefits 401(k) Opportunity to join a rapidly growing technology organization Collaborative environment with opportunities to develop your customer service skills Commitment to Diversity As a woman-owned firm, we value diversity.
