Account Support Specialist

Position Overview The B2B Account Support Specialist will work directly with business customers while partnering with internal teams to support accounts from onboarding through ongoing service. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with account questions, orders, service needs, and issue resolution. You’ll also gain exposure to how a growing organization manages customer relationships, supports business accounts, and delivers an exceptional client experience. This role provides hands‑on experience across B2B account support, customer operations, technology platforms, and cross-functional business processes, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as the organization continues to grow. What You’ll Do Serve as a professional point of contact for B2B customers across multiple industries. Support customer accounts through phone, email, and digital communication. Assist with new customer onboarding and ongoing account support. Manage account questions, order updates, service requests, and product inquiries. Help customers navigate online tools, dashboards, and account resources. Build relationships with customers and develop an understanding of their ongoing business needs. Partner with internal operations and account teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally. Maintain ownership of customer needs from initial request through resolution. Identify recurring customer needs and opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer experience. Maintain accurate customer and account information within internal systems. Gain hands‑on exposure to account management and the broader B2B customer lifecycle . Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and technology quickly. A customer‑focused, solutions‑oriented mindset. Someone who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within an expanding organization. Previous customer service, account support, hospitality, retail, administrative, or other customer‑facing experience is helpful. Previous B2B experience is a plus but not required.
