Service Coordinator - West Region

The Customer Service Lead Coordinator is responsible for following and implementing company policies and procedures that guide and support a positive customer experience. This role will monitor staff performance and ensure customers' satisfaction.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $31.50 to $33.00. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and work/life resources. Job Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with staff, faculty, and students
• Receive service requests via phone calls, emails, and on-line submittals
• Dispatch technician to respond to service calls
• Create, enter data, and close work orders
• Work with supervisors to maintain an accurate work order backlog
• Provide information to personnel in times of crisis
• Work closely with the SRC supervisor in developing programs to facilitate communication

Qualifications:

• One (1) year of call and customer service experience
• Ability to interact and possess communication skills with individuals at all levels of organization, as well as clients, vendors, and sub-contractors
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility towards work assignments and great team player
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and to communicate effectively in writing
• Motivation and initiative to perform assigned duties with a minimum of direct supervision

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
