The Role: At Pinnacle Lodging, we're looking for a Guest Experience Specialist who brings equal parts warmth and hustle. This isn't a front desk job. It's the intersection of genuine hospitality and problem solving come together. You'll be the reason guests feel at home in Colorado's most beautiful places, and the reason they come back. You'll own the guest relationship end-to-end, spot opportunities to deepen it, and contribute directly to the growth of our business.

This is an in-person role based out of our offices in Frisco and Breckenridge, CO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Guest Experience. Be the primary point of contact for guests across our Summit County properties. Anticipate needs, solve problems before they become issues, and create moments that turn first-time visitors into loyal guests.
- Provide Thoughtful, Personalized Service. Build genuine relationships with guests and take the time to understand what matters most to them. Connect guests with services, amenities, and local experiences that enhance their stay and create lasting memories.
- Work as a Team. Collaborate closely with front desk staff, maintenance technicians, and property teams to deliver seamless, coordinated service. Everyone here pulls in the same direction.
- Keep Operations Running Smoothly. Manage work orders, coordinate with contractors, and make sure every commitment we make to a guest is kept, on time and at the standard Pinnacle is known for.
Qualifications:
- Warm, professional communication, written and verbal, with a natural ability to connect with people and recognize a sales opportunity without it feeling like one.
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service. You've been in environments where the bar is high and you've met it.
- Grace under pressure. Challenging situations don't rattle you. You handle them with tact and come out the other side with the relationship intact.
- Adaptability. No two days here look alike, and you're energized by that, not exhausted by it.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM tools to track guest interactions and activity.
