Brand Ambassador MD - Consumer Electronics Retailer Continuity Program

Job Overview Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box consumer electronics retailer locations across the country. This is a 1-year continuity program – same store, same rep, every 8 weeks – designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire. What You’ll Do Engage shoppers about the brand’s flagship product line. Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers. Replenish and tidy in-store brand displays at each visit, following reference photos provided. Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos and reporting before clocking out. Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo and jeans (no rips/holes) and display a visible brand-issued name badge at all times. Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group professionally at all times – you are the face of the brand inside the retailer. Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit. Available Maryland Locations Elkridge, MD Annapolis, MD Lanham, MD Frederick, MD Rockville, MD Nottingham, MD Laurel, MD Glen Burnie, MD Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual) Brand training session – 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day). Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit. Compensation $24.00/hr. Paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing. Requirements Smartphone for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting. Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s). Residential mailing address for the brand-issued name badge (no PO Boxes). Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks). Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit. Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).
