Salary: $18/hr Machine Operator | Contract-to-Hire Jenison, MI 49428$18.00/hour
Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Now Hiring: Machine Operator We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator for a growing plastic fabrication and manufacturing shop in Jenison, MI . This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a well-established, family-owned company known for long employee tenure and a supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will have an interest in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or fabrication and be comfortable working in a hands-on shop environment. Why You'll Love This Opportunity

- Bending and forming plastic components
- Routing and laser processing
- Assisting with welding and fabrication tasks
- Performing general production and labor duties as needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Following quality and safety standards
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to learn and operate multiple types of fabrication equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and work ethic
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift and handle 30-50 lbs. repetitively
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
