SIGN-ON BONUS: $3,000

As a CNC / ACME / Tool & Die Machinist, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC and/or ACME equipment to produce machined parts according to blueprint specifications. The role requires adherence to all safe work procedures and a commitment to high quality standards. What You Will Experience In This Position Sets up and operates ACME / CNC / Tool & Die equipment to produce quality machined parts as specified by blueprints, layout, and templates. Plans sequence of operations applying knowledge of materials. Assists in setting up and operating multiple ACME / CNC / Tool & Die equipment simultaneously for a variety of machined products. Works from drawings, route sheets, schedules, written, and verbal instructions. Checks material for correct size and type. Uses micrometers, calipers, scales, and fixed gauges to check work in process and ensure adherence to specifications. Moves materials in the performance of duties. Installs and checks safety devices as needed for specific jobs. Reports faulty equipment, defective material, and unusual conditions to supervisor. Completes required quality checks, documents, and production documentation. Observes all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintains work area in a neat and orderly condition. Performs other related duties as assigned or directed, which may require more than the normal shift hours or work week to meet company needs. You Have Knowledge of manufacturing processes. Experience following work instructions or reading blueprints. Experience using hand and power tools. Prior experience working in a light industrial facility (preferred). Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment and meet operational deadlines.
