Our organization is in search of a Hematologist Oncologist to become part of a distinguished, multidisciplinary Oncology program located in Seattle, Washington. This position offers a chance to work in a collaborative and academically vibrant setting while providing exceptional, patient-focused care to those affected by hematologic cancers.

In this capacity, you will have the chance to either develop or maintain a subspecialty focus on various hematologic malignancies, such as leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma, along with classical hematology disorders. For those interested, you will also play a pivotal role in advancing our cellular therapy initiatives, influencing treatment strategies for patients receiving CAR-T therapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). You will be a vital member of a team that prioritizes evidence-based practices, shared decision-making, and a comprehensive approach to care that respects each patient's unique goals, values, and priorities.

• Deliver comprehensive hematology oncology care for patients with leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and non-malignant blood disorders
• Engage with patients and families using a holistic, relationship-centered approach that emphasizes understanding their goals and priorities
• Provide clear and thorough education to empower patients in understanding their diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment options
• Guide patients through the complex and evolving treatment landscape, including standard therapies and new options
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement tailored care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical program development, and ongoing enhancement efforts within the organization
• Foster a culture of collegiality, professionalism, and clinical excellence

• Annual compensation ranges from $484,514 to $679,924

The listed compensation may include incentives based on productivity or quality/service, call pay, and additional shift incentives, as applicable. Furthermore, providers may have access to continuing medical education (CME) benefits.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Washington
• Proven commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships
• Interest in multidisciplinary collaboration and ongoing learning
