Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $55-70 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take intraoral x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and related procedures. Provide excellent customer service and educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess dental condition and medical history, and document patient records. Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process. Assist with dental and periodontal charting, take x‑rays and save into patient charts. Ensure compliance with all government regulations and company standards. Create a memorable patient experience through compassion and empathy. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA with hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
