ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED

We are seeking an ever-curious, inventive Data Science Tradecraft Automation Engineer to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will be on the front lines of transforming manual target knowledge into automated, high-throughput analytics workflows. You won't just run queries—you will architect modern search capabilities, build data models, and leverage computational mathematics to identify emerging technology opportunities and targeted insights. The annual base salary range for this role is $152,000-$180,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.

Tradecraft Automation: Demonstrated hands-on experience automating complex intelligence tradecraft and developing automated analytics workflows.

Programming Mastery: Strong proficiency in Python for rapid script creation, data analysis, and workflow automation.

Data Mathematics: Deep expertise in data modeling, computational mathematics, and applying both qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques.

Data Visualization: Proven capability to design and implement intuitive data visualizations to communicate critical findings.

Specialized Querying Analytics: Hands-on proficiency with XKS/DX for target knowledge discovery and search capabilities.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline, PLUS 7+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, and AI/ML engineering OR  Master’s Degree in a quantitative discipline, PLUS 5+ years of specialized experience developing and deploying machine learning models on large datasets OR  High School Diploma / GED , PLUS 11+ years of hands-on technical experience in data science, advanced analytics, and predictive modeling in lieu of a degree.

• Targeting Access: Background in targeting methodologies, as well as access discovery and development.

• Advanced Analytics Tooling: Hands-on experience or familiarity with SWAT is a major plus.

• Technology Opportunity Discovery: Track record of deploying innovative algorithms to surface technology trends and operational gaps.
