Required Skills:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Team player with collaborative approach
• Basic computer proficiency
• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, BLS Instructor preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation setting
• Knowledge of healthcare technology and documentation systems
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Prior experience in acute care or outpatient therapy preferred
• Licenses and certifications current upon hire

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work day shifts, Monday through Friday, with two weekend days per month
• Valid state licensure and BLS certification at start date
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to clinical standards
