Patient Services Representative (willing to train!) Location: Delaware, OH (onsite, not remote) Schedule: Monday: 8-5 Tuesday: 7-4:30 Wednesday: 10-7 Thursday: 10-7 Friday: 7-2 Pay Rate: $18/hr Availability: START ASAP Responsibilities Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive statement. Guide and explain new patients through paperwork and be a resource for any questions they may have. Patient registration. Insurance authorizations and verifications. Collect co‑pays. Provide excellent customer service. Qualifications At least 1+ year working in a medical front desk, general front desk, or customer service representative role. Excellent customer service skills in person and over the phone. Ability to multitask and manage a heavy workload. Strong computer skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract‑to‑Hire position based in Delaware, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.00 per hour.
