Overview
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to support continued growth across multiple markets. This role is ideal for a self-starter with multifamily experience who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous sales environment. You will be responsible for managing your territory, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $92,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $140,000 – $160,000

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with multifamily clients
- Identify new business opportunities and close sales effectively
- Represent the organization professionally in the field and at client meetings
- Manage sales activities autonomously while collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Deliver sales presentations as part of the interview and ongoing sales process
Required Qualifications
- Multifamily industry experience (ideally on the supplier vendor side)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
- High energy, positive attitude, and results-driven mindset
