Position Summary Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of clinic operations, manage clinical and non‑clinical staff, and collaborate with patients to provide individualized treatment plans. Clinic Directors lead continuing education and mentorship, fostering team performance and patient outcomes. Responsibilities Manage total clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow. Collaborate with clinicians to develop personalized treatment plans and care protocols. Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to achieve excellent patient outcomes. Lead continuing education seminars and provide mentorship for clinical staff. Coordinate with local health partners and stakeholders to expand services and outreach. Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain clinic accreditation standards. Position Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold current licensure in Rhode Island. At least 3 years of proven experience in a healthcare setting with demonstrated leadership ability. Passion for mentoring staff and fostering success in a clinical environment. Commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and achieving exceptional patient outcomes. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams.
