Financial Planning Analyst

About the Role We're seeking a driven FP&A Analyst to join a growing finance team within the financial services/energy space. This role is ideal for a strong financial modeler who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to strategic initiatives, including M&A activity. What You'll Do Build and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making Support M&A due diligence, valuation, and integration analysis Partner with senior leadership to deliver actionable financial insights Prepare variance analysis, financial reporting packages, and ad hoc analyses Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and business unit leaders What You'll Need 3-5 years of FP&A experience, ideally within financial services or energy Strong financial modeling skills M&A experience (due diligence, valuation, or integration) Systems-savvy, with strong Excel skills; experience with financial planning/reporting tools a plus Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
