I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of 10. Insurance has always been a part of my life as a second-generation State Farm agent. Before opening my own agency, I worked as a team member for my father, gaining valuable experience and learning firsthand what it takes to build a successful business. I attended Baylor University and am a proud father of two boys. Family comes first in our household, and outside of work I enjoy sports and competition. I’m naturally competitive and bring that same drive and energy into the agency every day. Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k), work-life balance, and a hiring bonus. Kevin Beach - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
