About our Agency: I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of 10. Insurance has always been a part of my life as a second-generation State Farm agent. Before opening my own agency, I worked as a team member for my father, gaining valuable experience and learning firsthand what it takes to build a successful business.

I attended Baylor University and am a proud father of two boys. Family comes first in our household, and outside of work I enjoy sports and competition. I'm naturally competitive and bring that same drive and energy into the agency every day.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
