Join our team at one of San Jose’s most beautiful and authentic Southern Italian restaurants, located in the heart of the charming Willow Glen neighborhood. We are currently seeking an experienced Pasta Cook to bring their passion and skills to our fast-paced kitchen.

The Role:
As our Pasta Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of fresh Italian pasta dishes with precision and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a deep appreciation for authentic Italian food.
Requirements:
- Previous experience cooking pasta in a professional kitchen is a must
- Strong understanding of Southern Italian cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual
- Passion for quality, presentation, and flavor and must follow all food safety regulations
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
