We're growing—and we're looking for skilled, hands-on individuals who take pride in fixing problems, improving equipment, and keeping production moving. The Role This isn't just reactive maintenance. You'll be responsible for keeping our equipment running safely and efficiently, troubleshooting issues, and helping prevent downtime before it happens. What You'll Do * Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment * Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems * Diagnose issues and make timely repairs to minimize downtime * Perform routine inspections and document maintenance activity * Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts * Work safely in a clean, organized manufacturing environment Work Schedule & Expectations We're hiring to support two separate shifts as we continue to grow: Day Shift: Typical schedule: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday Overnights: Typical schedule: 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM, Monday through Friday Shift assignments will be discussed during the hiring process. Overtime is common as we continue expanding our operations. We're upfront about this because the role comes with strong earning potential for those willing to contribute.
