We want people who are ready to build a career.As a Production Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our roofing operations team while gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors, learning new skills, and growing within a company that invests in its people.You won't spend your days behind a desk. Instead, you'll be in the field, supporting crews, assisting with project coordination, and learning the ins and outs of roofing production. For the right person, this position can serve as a pathway to Production Coordinator, Production Manager, and other leadership opportunities within the organization.What You'll DoAs a Production Assistant, you'll help keep projects running efficiently by:Delivering materials and supplies to job sitesEnsuring crews have the tools and resources needed to stay productiveAssisting with job site setup and support activitiesCommunicating updates between field crews and the production teamTaking project photos and uploading documentation into company systemsTracking materials and reporting shortages or concernsPerforming basic site inspections and quality checks (training provided)Supporting Production Managers with daily operational tasksLearning roofing systems, construction best practices, and safety standardsCollecting project completion documents from customersPayment Collection from customerWhat We're Looking ForStrong work ethic and positive attitudeDependable and reliable team playerExcellent communication skillsComfortable working outdoors and on active job sitesAbility to perform physical tasks and lift materials when neededOrganized and detail-orientedEagerness to learn and grow within the construction industryValid driver's license and reliable transportationBasic technology skills (smartphone apps, email, and software)No roofing experience?
