Posting Date: June 11, 2026 JOB OPPORTUNITY JOB TITLE : Nutrition Assistant I SITE LOCATION OF POSITIONS: Standard Elementary School Cafeteria TERM/HOURS OF POSITION : 5.75 hours per day RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES : Responsible to nutrition services manager. Assists in preparation, setup, serving, and storing of foods; cleaning and storing cafeteria equipment and supplies; operation of dishwasher and other cafeteria equipment as directed; works with other staff related to the duties of this position.
SALARY : Range 9, Step 1 - $17.76 per hour (in addition to $.32 cents per hour in lieu of
health benefits). SCREENING PROCEDURES : Review of employment applications and personal interviews. FILING DEADLINE: 4:00 p.m., June 17, 20026 or until filled.
OTHER COMMENTS: Applicant selected will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment, TB clearance, and fingerprinting clearance before being hired as a probationary employee.
