DescriptionAt Pamella Roland, this role offers hands-on experience and exposure to the full eveningwear design lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to see the collection process from concept through final execution.You will assist with embroidery layouts, learn hand-sewing techniques, participate in local sourcing, and support photoshoots and special projects.
