Testing Lead - SAP S/4HANA Implementation

Job Title: Testing Lead – SAP S/4HANA Implementation. Work Location: Houston, TX. Role Summary The Testing Lead is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all testing phases (SIT, UAT, regression, performance) to ensure the quality and stability of the S/4HANA solution before go-live. Key Responsibilities Define the overall testing strategy, approach, and timelines for the S/4HANA program. Create test plans, scenarios, scripts, and manage test data preparation. Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles. Manage defect triage, resolution tracking, and quality reporting. Ensure alignment with functional, technical, and business teams for test coverage. Oversee test tools (e.g., Solution Manager, Worksoft, Tricentis) and ensure documentation completeness.
