- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle databases.
- Strong practical experience with AWS cloud architecture.
- Prior exposure to Banking or Financial Services environments.
- We architect, develop, and deploy backend microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle.
- We design resilient cloud infrastructure solutions with Amazon Web Services.
- We participate in daily Agile ceremonies, continuous integration workflows, and technical code reviews.
- We mentor teammates and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver major business initiatives.
