About the Role:
We are seeking a permanent, full-time Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our laboratory team on a Baylor Shift (3x12 Overnight Weekends). This position offers the chance to work across all areas of the labincluding Blood Bank and Microbiologyand play an essential role in supporting high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Medical Technology or related field (Bachelors degree strongly preferred)
- ASCP or AMT certification as MT/MLS or MLT required
- Previous experience with Cerner strongly preferred
- Strong multitasking skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
