Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) Location: Beltsville, MD Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Contract role with temp-to-hire potential Join Our Growing Team! We are a busy and established commercial carpet restoration company seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is ideal for a friendly, organized, and dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys helping customers while supporting a collaborative team. Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently Make outbound calls to customers regarding appointments, service requests, and follow-ups Gather customer information and accurately document service needs Schedule appointments and route leads to estimators for follow-up and quoting Maintain clear communication between customers, estimators, and office staff Provide exceptional customer service while handling multiple priorities Support daily administrative and office operations as needed Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking and writing) Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, or administrative experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office setting Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and enjoys working with people.
