About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (Dementia Experience Required) to provide exceptional care to our clients with dementia in the Titusville, Florida area. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their own unique needs and personalities. Your experience working with individuals with dementia will enable you to provide tailored care and support, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to clients with dementia, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitor and report changes in clients' condition to the healthcare team

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare providers

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
