You’ll be responsible for:Driving loan production through strategic sales and business development.Recruiting, training, and mentoring top-tier Loan Officers.Managing branch financials to ensure profitability and growth.Building strong referral relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and community partners.Developing and executing a branch business plan to maximize success.Providing expert guidance to borrowers, helping them choose the best loan options for their needs.What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of mortgage banking or retail branch banking experience (including 1+ year in a leadership role). A strong network of referral partners and a proven ability to drive sales. Deep knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory guidelines, underwriting, and closing procedures. Active NMLS license.
