A state-of-the-art and global leader in machinery manufacturing is searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join their team in Irvine, CA! They are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience managing orders in the shipping and manufacturing industry to be a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring efficient and timely order fulfillment. Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000 DOE Responsibilities:- Efficiently manage order processing including entry, inventory checks, and monitoring delivery times
- Ensure effective communication with customers, confirming delivery and monitoring back orders
- Handle complaint returns and manage a high daily volume of orders
- Resolve any errors or issues with orders in a timely manner
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an Order Management Specialist
- Proficiency in computer usage, specifically with SAP, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills and experience with CRM
- Background in logistics
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches and multi-level positions
- Experience working remotely and managing accounts
- Prioritizing and managing tasks effectively
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
