What the Work Involves Handling inbound and outbounddonation-related calls Engaging donors professionally andrespectfully Accurately entering pledge and donationinformation Following compliance and scriptguidelines Meeting attendance and performancebenchmarks Thisis a 1099 independent contractor opportunity Certification attendance and completionis mandatory Startup and technical requirementsapply Contractors manage their own scheduleand performance Performance expectations must bemaintained to continue servicing Requirements Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED 6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year on-siteexperience Comfortable navigating systems while speaking Dedicated, quiet home workspace Technical Requirements Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum; 16GBrecommended) USB headset with noise cancellation Wired high-speed internet (WiFi-only notpermitted) Dual monitors recommended No MacBooks or Chromebooks Contract pay typical ranges $13–$15/hour depending oncampaign and performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Zohorecruit
