- Take inbound and outbound calls from donors
- Guide conversations using structured scripts
- Enter donation and pledge details accurately
- Maintain professionalism and compliance standards
- Meet performance and attendance expectations
- This is a 1099 contractor role - not a traditional job
- Required certification before starting
- You manage your own schedule
- Continued access to work depends on performance
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year on-siteexperience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable navigating systems while speaking
- Dedicated, quiet home workspace
- Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum; 16GB recommended)
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Wired high-speed internet (WiFi-only not permitted)
- Dual monitors recommended
- No MacBooks or Chromebooks
- Earn$12-$15/hour (performance-based)
- Work when youwant- 24/7 availability
