WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services on vehicles. You will greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the dealership.


WHAT ARE THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform oil changes and replace filters (engine, air, cabin, fuel) according to manufacturer specifications.
• Lubricate mechanical systems such as chassis fittings, wheel bearings, and moving parts to prevent wear.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle components including brakes, tires, steering, transmission, and cooling systems.
• Check and replenish fluids such as oil, coolant, transmission fluid, and brake fluid.
• Conduct multi-point inspections to identify leaks, wear, or other potential issues.
• Perform tire rotations and adjust tire pressure to ensure even wear.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, tools, and equipment.
• Provide customer service, explaining services performed and recommending necessary maintenance.
• Keep accurate service records for all vehicles and parts used.

WHAT QUALIFIES YOU:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical systems (engines, brakes, transmissions, electrical systems).
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina: ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, stoop, and work in varying temperatures.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour. Based off experience, qualifications, and education.
