Minimum: Master’s in any field with 18 graduate credit hours in Nutritional Science/Dietetics, Biological Science or Exercise Science with emphasis/certifications in nutrition/dietetics. Location and Semester GCU Traditional Campus – Phoenix, AZ: Courses are in‑person and on‑campus for the Fall 2026 Semester (09/08/2026 - 12/18/2026). Course Details Intro to Dietetics. This introductory course provides students with a comprehensive overview of the field of dietetics, offering a foundational understanding of the pathway to becoming a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN). Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical applications, students explore the essential principles of nutrition, dietary planning, and the role of dietitians in promoting health and well‑being. Additional Information Employment is contingent upon the satisfactory outcome (as determined by the university) of pre‑employment screening activities, including a background check.
