The position involves following established procedures with attention to detail and working closely with internal teams in services and fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to a changing, fast-paced environment, capable of learning quickly, and comfortable with repetitive work.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quality control reviews for treasury products and service packages to ensure adherence to procedures.Collaborate with internal service and fulfillment teams to resolve issues.Manage and prioritize multiple requests simultaneously in a high-paced environment.Support existing associates and internal teams primarily through email, with some phone communication.Identify and solve problems both independently and as part of a group.Adapt to new systems and technologies quickly.Required QualificationsPrevious experience in a Quality Control position.Demonstrated ability to follow procedures with a high degree of attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management skills.Aptitude for learning new systems and technology quickly.Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams.Experience in banking or customer service.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of Treasury and/or Legal Documentation.Experience in Mortgage or Loan Processing.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
