Manager Facilities Maintenance

Regeneron seeks a Manager of Facilities Maintenance to lead maintenance operations and supervise teams at a new automated drug manufacturing facility in Saratoga Springs. The role oversees equipment maintenance, contractor management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and schedule maintenance, repairs, and equipment modifications while ensuring safety and quality standards
• Oversee contract maintenance personnel, verify qualifications, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Manage work requests across facilities, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder communication
• Support quality audits, deviation investigations, and corrective action implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent education and experience
• 7+ years of facilities maintenance or related experience
• Previous people leadership and supervisory experience
• Knowledge of GxP/GMP/GLP requirements and pharmaceutical manufacturing compliance
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts including weekends in cleanroom environment
• Capacity to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
