Principal Project Manager, Facilities Engineering

Regeneron seeks a Principal Project Manager for facilities engineering in Saratoga Springs to oversee complex design and construction projects, including facility renovations and new building development. The role requires expertise in project management, facility systems, and regulatory compliance, with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex design and construction projects with minimal supervision from concept through completion
• Conduct facility surveys, prepare drawings, estimate costs, and manage bids for construction projects
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout lifecycle to protect cost and schedule
• Coordinate project handover documentation and support equipment commissioning and qualification efforts
• Mentor junior and mid-level staff, manage contractor teams, and ensure compliance with safety and cGMP standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• 8+ years of relevant facilities, engineering, or construction project management experience
• Advanced knowledge of facility systems, design, and operations
• Proficiency with project cost estimation, contract preparation, and bid evaluation
• Understanding of federal, state, and local building codes and cGMP requirements
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with architects and contractors

Compensation: $103,300–$168,500 annually
