Job Full Description

$17/Hour | 1st Shift | Full-Time

Are you a friendly, customer-focused professional looking for a rewarding career in a fast-paced industrial environment? We are seeking a Front Counter Associate to provide outstanding service to customers while supporting daily sales and inventory operations for welding supplies and equipment.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection and purchases
Answer phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
Process sales transactions, including cash, credit card, and purchase orders
Learn and navigate our inventory and ordering systems
Help customers locate welding supplies, equipment, and replacement parts
Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front counter and sales floor
Support daily operations by ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service and communication skills
Previous retail, customer service, or counter sales experience preferred
Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the workday
