Physical Therapist - Full Time

Physical Therapist Opportunity

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with an outpatient clinic in Concord, CA.

Student Repayment up to $25k; Clinician Incentive Plan; and potential Sign on Bonus.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic, sports, or musculoskeletal care preferred.
• Ability to deliver one-on-one direct patient care and follow evidence-based, exercise-driven treatment plans.
• Comfort working with progressive, risk-stratified protocols and outcome-driven documentation systems.
• Willingness to participate in productivity and quality measures tied to access and income markers.
• Eligible candidates include new graduates and therapists with 2+ years of experience. Salary ranges vary by experience level.
• CEU participation and residency program engagement are available and may be expected.
