Schedule: Varies Must be available to work weekends and holidays

As a Cook 1, you will support the kitchen operations by prepping ingredients, performing basic cooking duties, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy high-quality meals while contributing to a strong kitchen team culture.

What You Will Do

• Follow all food quality, safety, preparation, nutrition guidelines
• Wash, chop, and measure ingredients as directed
• Stock, label, and organize ingredients for easy access
• Assist with basic food preparation
• Support other kitchen positions as needed
• Keep kitchen areas clean and organized: sanitize surfaces, wash dishes, and take out trash
• Communicate clearly with Chef, Sous Chef, and kitchen team
• Participate in on-the-job-training and skill development

What You Need To Get The Job Done

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus
• Valid Food Handler Permit or willingness to obtain one
• Basic knowledge of kitchen health and safety rules
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Schedule

• Varies depending on business levels, includes weekends and holidays
• Must be prepared for occasional overnight stays due to weather related road closures

Working Conditions

• Must be able to travel to Snowbird Resort
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
