Associate Director, U.S. Immunology Consumer Marketing - Dermatology

Associate Director leading consumer marketing strategy and launch execution for Hidradenitis Suppurativa products at AbbVie. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and manage campaigns across multiple channels, serving as subject matter expert for patient, brand, and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch strategy development and go-to-market execution for Hidradenitis Suppurativa indications
• Develop unbranded and branded campaigns across multiple channels including digital, broadcast, and direct marketing
• Manage DTC advertising strategy for disease education, brand awareness, and patient acquisition
• Conduct competitive assessments and marketplace trend analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness through measurement and metrics to ensure positive return on investment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
• 8+ years consumer marketing experience with significant media and digital marketing background
• Broadcast and media planning leadership experience preferred
• Pharmaceutical launch experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with timeline and budget management
• Understanding of medical and clinical aspects of pharmaceutical products
• Experience managing multiple external agencies and internal partners
