About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Global Growth Director for Defense (OEM) to join their team. This high-impact leadership role is pivotal in defining and executing the global strategy for engagement with Prime System Integrator clients, particularly in the defense sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for client relationships, growth strategy, pipeline development, and delivery performance. This role demands a leader who can combine strategic vision with hands-on account execution to drive growth, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure consistent performance. While the primary focus is on the U.S. market, the role also involves interaction with other regions, including the UK, Continental Europe, the Middle East, and Australia/New Zealand. Key responsibilities for the VP, Global Growth Director include delivering sustained revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and owning end-to-end client account management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a BA/BS +12 years' experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, and must be a U.S. citizen. A deep sector expertise in defense systems and a proven track record of working with Prime System Integrator and US DOW agencies are essential. The role requires a leader with commercial acumen, executive stakeholder engagement skills, and a background in advanced manufacturing. The candidate should be adept at leading complex pursuits, and multi-region delivery, and have a strong focus on team leadership, capability building, and brand market engagement.
