As a Turndown Attendant, you're not just providing evening housekeeping services you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Provide turndown service: Perform turndown duties, including adjusting bed covers, fulfilling guest preferences (e.g., filling ice buckets), and replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies
• Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash
• Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Support housekeeping operations: Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed
