Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC system issues efficiently and accurately (furnaces, air conditioning, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation and thermostats). Educate homeowners on system operation, recommended repairs and maintenance options. Proactively recommend upgrades, preventative services, or improvements such air quality system Perform thorough whole-home safety inspections (60–90 minutes per visit) Prepare accurate service quotes and invoices using company software (ServiceTitan) Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training to improve customer communication and technical expertise What success looks like: Complete 3–4 maintenance calls per day Achieve a 60%+ conversion rate on recommended services Conduct comprehensive safety inspections on each call Contribute to membership plan sales Maintain a monthly callback rate of under 3% Build strong relationships with homeowners and deliver 5-star customer experiences Traits that we Admire: Accountable: Positive and reliable with a strong work ethic Professional: Excellent communication and customer service skills Coachable: Team-oriented, humble, high energy, with a willingness to learn Integrity: Commitment to quality workmanship Organized: Keep work areas and company vehicle, clean, organized and well maintained.
