Clinical Autonomy: Provide expert routine and acute medical care directly to SNF residents. Comprehensive Management: Conduct thorough assessments, manage complex chronic conditions, and oversee personalized care plans. Collaborative Leadership: Partner seamlessly with facility nursing leadership and attending physicians to ensure integrated care.
