Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and relevant documentation

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and develop targeted therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote students’ functional skills
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary, maintaining thorough and timely documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for student support
• Create engaging, age-appropriate activities to foster student growth and participation
