Job Title : Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location : Boston, MA - Hybrid preferred; remote EST candidates may be considered
Shift : Day Shift

Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation:

• The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $30.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Temporary - 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion; neither is guaranteed.
FLSA Status : Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Local candidates will work onsite 2-3 days per week.

Job Summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a leading biopharmaceutical organization. This role will coordinate interviews, manage candidate and hiring team communication, and support new hires through their first day. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate candidate interviews, panels, debriefs, and complex calendars.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates and interview teams throughout the scheduling process.
• Provide timely communication and help ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support new hires from offer acceptance through their first day.
• Assist with HR system updates, data entry, employee files, and onboarding logistics.
• Coordinate travel, meeting rooms, and other interview or day-one logistics as needed.
• Adapt quickly to changing schedules and hiring priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting/HR coordination, administrative support, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Pharmaceutical experience highly preferred
• Strong scheduling, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
• HRIS or ATS experience preferred; SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Boston-area candidates are preferred; remote EST candidates may be considered.
• Background check required prior to starting.
